In "Chord" Alexander Dedov explores an alternative world of steel metaphysical entities. Experimenting with form, volume, and texture, the sculptor constructs his own mythology and creates images of otherworldly entities that inhabit an unknown world beyond our experience and understanding. Dedov balances meaningful metaphors with unconscious projections, measuring the depth and plasticity of the human imagination.
