The bust of the human figure, dressed in a strict jacket and deprived of a face, interprets the image of an official who decides the fate of nations behind the walls of his office. By leaving only the lower jaw of the skull, the sculptor created a reference to the only moving part of the nutcracker, which splits nuts. Like nuts, the bureaucratic apparatus splits people's lives in the millstones of their offices.
