Alexander Dedov's sculpture "Goodbye, Cicciolina" is an author's allusion to Jeff Koons 'sculpture " Rabbit", which has become one of the most expensive sculptures in modern art. The author expresses a melancholy view of the ephemerality of the glossy shell of pop art as a direction and contrasts artificially aged materials in his object with the brilliance and novelty of design art.
Some of the most deformed elements in the sculpture enhance the effect of time-damaged material. This technique allows you to reveal the idea of the overwhelming power of time, which does not spare even the most valuable and relevant objects of modern design.
