In many religions of the world, the hare is a personification of lust, while at the same time, the white rabbit is a symbol of moral purity and victory over debauchery.
Sculpture intertwines both entities, presenting man as a totem animal with a bright white soul and a black, wallowing in and a black flesh mired in vice. In my work, these hypostases are interspersed with red lines, strings that bind together two elements, one spiritual and moral, the other voluptuous and vicious, which usually coexist peacefully in every person.
