Varans are giant lizards, the Komodo varan reaches a maximum length of three meters. Denis Kulikov's varan, almost two meters long, represents the beauty of this amazing creature. Due to its snake-like anatomy, they swallow their victims whole, they stun them with their strong tail and choke them with their powerful jaws. The world's biggest varanas are capable of attacking humans, usually ending in unpleasant consequences for the latter. The artist suggests to observe the varan without any harm to health in a metal guise - so the animal will not harm humans, and humans - the animal, putting it in a cage or a terrarium.
